Oui, pour moi aussi, il semblerait que ce soit la karatéka que l'on a rencontré dans la 2ème saison ( tomes 3, 9 et 27 ). Après, est-ce que Kiichi est toujours avec elle ? Il a des obligations avec la création de sa nouvelle école. Si lors de la traduction le prénom de "Waka" apparait, alors on sera sûr que c'est elle.

Her name was Miyage Aika.

That's one funny thing about Tough: even though there's a serious dearth of female
characters, the few that appear always seem to look quite similar. Made even more surprising
by the the wide variety of male characters the Manga-ka draws.... o_O;

Well, at least Ogura Yuuki and Miyage Aika got different hair colors. XD XD

...and to play the 'Devils Advocate', the few female characters didn't even look much
different in the very first chapters of Tough Season One:

Les choses sérieuses se mettent en place... Les héritiers du démon se rassemblent.
Perso j'ai beaucoup d'espoir en Onizuka. Je suis sûr qu'il nous ramènera son lot de scènes épiques. Cela dit, ça ne me surprendrai pas de voir des personnes encore plus puissantes faire leur apparition d'ici la fin du manga.
A mon avis Ryûsei et Onizuka sont loin dru niveau de Jet voire même du Garcia.
Mais contrairement à leurs aînés ils portent dans leur nom une partie de celui de leur géniteur:
Oni/ki: le démon
Ryû: le dragon
C'est peut-être un signe que ces deux là sont spéciaux et ont été reconnus par le monstre d'entre les monstres?

A good observation!

The names definitely put an emphasis on the differences between to the two characters
who inherited Kiryuus genes.

I don't think though, that it is meant to indicate that those two have been 'recognized' by
Kiryuu as valid successors. What's been shown of Kiryuu is that he surely is a ladys man
with a tendency to impregnate women, but he usually seems to be long since gone once
his child has been born. He also doesn't seem to care that much for them, probably because
he thinks that they will be well equipped to fight for themselves whatever surroundings they face.

Admittedly he obviously showed deep sorrow after Jet died, and the time when he paid his
respects on Jets grave was the point when he finally moved from villain into anti-hero territory,
but there seems to be no indication that those events resulted in a fundamental change of
his general world outlook.

Anyways, I'm also curious how this side-story evolves and I'd surely like to get a glimpse of
Kiryuu himself too. XD

That's an interesting thought! However, Seiko refers to Kiichi in the present tense, which
I presume means that Kiichi is still alive.

My personal guess is that the story will head into the likes of an Obi Wan/Darth Vader
Luke Skywalker/Kylo Ren relationship between Kiichi and Himeji.

Kiichi doit être monstrueux

Eh bien, Kiichi avait les yeux rouges sur la page avant du 'Tankobon' final (Tough Season Two #39), donc... ^^;

Quelque chose me dit que Kibo a voulu élever Himeji pour se racheter.
Il a vu mourir 2 enfants de Kiryu suite à deux batailles mémorables. Je pense que pour lui former un fils de Kiryu et par conséquent le sauver, c'est se libérer de sa propre malédiction...

Ou alors il est devenu le nouveau Monstre d'entre les Monstres à la place de Kiryu et a cherché à former un successeur qu'il a vu en Himeji

Du coup Oton cherche a former Ryuusei pour ramener ces 2 là dans le droit chemin !!

Une idée intéressante....

Hélas, pauvre Jet. Je l'ai connu... T_T

A mon avis c'est impossible, Kiichi est tout l'opposé de Kiryu

Comment c'est bon de retrouver cette série! j'en ai la bave aux lèvres!! Hâte de revoir Kiichi!
