WFP has just released 10 books on Tokyotosho and Nyatorrents, Ichido came to the channel saying that he's releasing a bunch of Hanma Baki, Garouden and the end of SHAMO, so I guess you guys would like this.

It helps when you know nothing about scanlation history, especially when SnoopyCool's released over 10 volumes of Hajime no Ippo alone in one day, not counting the other series they released on that day too.

Dude.. i've been reading manga for a long time..been on this site for a while..only had to sign up to ask some fellow users for links.. but dissing other groups.. not cool.. just like some love INTEL and hate AMD.. or Microsoft vs Apple.. free anime subs vs licensed.. each group has its own way of making its business model.. so.. i like it to keep it as .. u want the book..pay for the book..dont want too... no one forcing u to buy it.. i saw this WFP thing go one for a while now..and i still dont get it.. its simple.. u dont like there business model.. u dont like to pay.. no one is forcing you.. now others do like it.. and appreciate it.. to each his own... but bashing.. is just.. well dumb...

It's cool as I never read any of those, but why can't they just release stuff once they are done, one by one, normally, and not like it was some fantastic event that would never be forgotten (and by batch of 10 unrelated volumes, for god sake)? That's just masturbation IMO, but whatever, at the end of the day, that's still a lot of work, so thanks to WFP.

They have a public release only once in a while, that's why it seems like there's suddenly a batch of stuff. Internally they release one volume at a time.

Looks like Baki completely understands his movements, he closed the space between them and is dodging every attack by a hair breadth. He's managing to "slip through" all his attacks.

Reminds me of "Ryusui Seikuken", from The Strongest Disciple : Kenichi.

Quite similar from what I can see. "Seikuken", "Mai", the fighters "Area", has been mentioned a few times before in Son of Ogre.

^With Tophunter in thanking you Sonikku, been great with your speedy trans. That's really cool that Baki is able to see through all of Pickle's movements, Pickle can't even touch him, so other than his speed-up, I don't see what he can really do to Baki at this point. >_>

Looks like Baki has surpassed Pickle's strength. He is showing Pickle and everyone seeing him to realize it. Afterwards he'll finish Pickle instantly just like what he did with Ali jr.

There no such thing as "losing" for Pickle . He did'nt say his last word .
Apparently he had already find a way to counter Baki's moves .
He's like remember of something ...Maby when he was a kid , he was playing with butterflies , trying to catch them .
Actualy , fighting Baki is almost like to catch hold of butterfly in mid air with both hands .
He know it from experience , that's why I think baki 's going to be in real bad position since he's the weakest one .

I talked to Tophunter about this earlier, and he suggested I ask in the forums as well, but are there any japanese speakers/readers besides Sonikku? Going back into learning japanese seriously this time(know a lot of spoken words, but no idea on grammar, usage, and kanji, though I've seen a lot of overlap in certain characters with Chinese ones, seeing as how I'm taking Mandarin now).

I'm hoping to get good enough to where I can atleast read fluently in japanese, and I know from my chinese classes that speaking it with another person helps, so if anyone's available(knowing sonikku's busy) I'd appreciate it.

OT: So has Pickle been scarred visibly? Or is it a symbolic scar? At first I thought it was the latter, but seeing as how its drawn on him in subsequent panels I'm not sure.

hmm.. Baki seems to have pushed Pickle beyond imagination. But he doesn't get shocked though. I'm pretty sure Baki has prepared himself for this situation.

I'm not sure if I agree with that, Baki does seem to show some surprise on page 15 with Pickle's fury coming forth, but it seems he regains his composure pretty quickly.
