I've seen already those chapters on DVD .
I dont understand the point on reading them again . Did we miss something really important ?! I think not !

Well, I will say only this :

"If you are so fussy about details I can understand but that's funny because actually a lot of details have been deleted on Baki Soo ,and New grappler Baki translations ."

You'r just waiting for grappler baki releases .
But it's just to set up some kind of collection I guess ,not really in order to understand the story .


There's 2 books who can resume 42 volumes : Grappler Baki Side and baki fighting side : I'm on it ! No need to wait after Oncle Sam .

I personally find the original Grappler Baki more enjoyable than New Grappler Baki and SOO if it were not for Pickle, Oliva and Ali Jr. My interest would have dropped to zero. The first series has a sort of charm that the later series do not have and the anime has not captured it [except for the
OVA]. The later series while having some new characters that I like: Pickle, Oliva, Ali jr. , Jyaku Kaio, Yanagi, and Rahon. Isn't as good as the early series to me.

But u gotta admit that the Baki animes have a nice soundtrack. And the OVA had a lot of suspense and all the fighters look very frakish, the way they should be (maybe the music is freakish too). Most people complain about Baki getting lasy and still owning everyone. Who's Rahon?

The anime had a nice soundtrack indeed, but I was mostly referring to visuals and story aspects.

As for Baki getting lazy and easily beating everyone in the later series. . .That's the major reason why I like the classic series much better. Because Baki was just more likable as opposed to now. Rahon is the pocket fighter who fights Oliva in the Raitai.

I find it rather hilarious that WFP (The scum of the scanlation community) pony up their volumes as another group picks up where they left off.

I hope PK-Scans scanlated various thing WFP is doing just so they can publicly post volumes.

Speaking of said Baki soundtrack, I'm still trying to find that track that plays in certain scenes, such as when Hanayama visits his mother, Doppo going to the ER, Baki remembering Yashazaru, etc. Does anyone know where I can get this

Was thinking of putting money down on them, but wanted to know exactly what they were first. I thought Garouden already had a data book like Baki has. One of the books seem like some sort of side story unrelated to Garouden BOY, and the other some sort of anthology book. Any further information would be appreciated.
