To Tophunter: So you're learing japanese? Funny thing.. This was just my thought the other day when I tried too translate the latest Son of Ogre chapter. Where did you start your research for it? Internet?

Mr war...do you really want to do the first grappler Baki series? from scratch? man you got some guts, I hope you know what are you getting yourself into, first Baki has not that much support from general fans than to hardcore fans, second, try to get a translator first before getting the scans and be willing to buy the books and scan them if possible, and third... I am scared of the ammount of work of the first Grappler Baki manga and I am the leader of the wild fang project, the rest of the Baki series is easy compared to the first series that talk so much and is so intrincated, plus the anime follows the manga in a more or less accurate version so well, what can I say, I hope you can do it and I wish you the best, I will be waiting your releases, and to help you here is the first three books of the series done for you....

It means that when the bandwidth limit is exceeded you need to wait to the next day. Right now the links work again, but if too many people download it, it might be down again for the rest of the day

Okay, so, what's the deal between Pickle versus Yujiro. I see alot of people claiming that pickle is stronger. I feel that they are underestimating Yujiro of all people. Yes, Pickle has taken out Wild dinosaurs, but Yujiro has done relatively the same thing. He took out a dinosaur-sized elephant easily. As fo surviving harsh environments, surviving in the jurrasic era is amazing. But, Yujiro has traveled all over the world. Strydum says he regards mordern battlefields as "play grounds" and has brung the greatest war machine in the history of military combat to it's knee's (U.S. Army). Their strength is comparable, but Yujiro has a major advantage that pickle lacks. . . Mental power. Yujiro has genius level intellect, and has been all over the world studying many fields. Even if pickle is physically stronger, Yujiro is very formidable in strength and has much better intelligence. He also, outlast pickle in skill. . .So, I believe Hanma is superior.

I agree with you , but I hope that at least Pickle will be a serious challenger.All is about strengh . When Yujiro goes evil , He doesn't seem to be realy smart at all.

To Reichan: Do you have any other Original Baki scans. It doesn't mind if they're in Japanes. . I will be fine ,if I find a way to got all the old serie.

Depuis le temps qu'on nous présente Yujiro comme l'ennemi final, ça serait un sacré choc que de le voir perdre contre Pickle... Cela dit, si ces 2 là se battent ça risque d'être sympas. Si on regarde bien, Pickle en mode combat est loin d'avoir un visage angélique : on dirait presque Yujiro quand il commence à se transformer en "Ogre"...
Par contre, je me demande ce que fait Retsu là ? Il est lui aussi venu défier Pickle ?

Ca y est j'ai enfin topé les SOO 82-83 de la page des Raws.

Pas grand chose de nouveau : Retsu s'infiltre en suivant des gardes, à la fin du 83 il arrive là où est enfermé Pickle.

Yujiro lui semble hypnotiser les soldats à l'entrée qui se battent entre eux. Puis il passe le portail et avance dans la base.

Il faudrait une trad pour peut être découvrir les intentions de Retsu (tester, voir, libérer, combattre Pickle). Pour Yujiro lol il est plutôt du genre à esquiver les préliminaires...

Franchement pour moi Pickle n'est pas favori si il y a duel entre les deux monstres... On sait que Yujiro est peut être cruel et sans pitié et on ne l'a jamais vu poussé dans ses retranchements (Même contre Kaku Kaioh il combat concentré mais pas au taquet, non?)

thats the thing Pickle is stronger than yuujiro, you wont compare an elephant with a dinosaur, he survived a harsh era and he didnt have a combat technique intrincate enough to take down the dinosaurs, pickle is as rough as any wild creature from that era, Pickle is human, but it's a different level of human that we dont know about, a missing link lost in the billions of years past.

did you know that, as farfetched at it sounds, Earth hasnt been completely discovered yet? there are plenty of dinosaurs either in fossiles or frozen in remote locations across the artic or antartic.

So, pickle can still be a possibility.

Ca me rappelle un peu le schéma du premier tournoi du sous sol, quand Yujiro arrive dans l'arène et éclate presque tous les participants du premier tour avec une facilité déconcertante... Est-ce que cela va être le cas avec Pickle ?

Si on se refere a baki scarface Hanayama est en mauvaise posture...apres je ne connais pas la chronologie de scarface par rapport au baki original de itagaki... en tout cas cette partie avec pickle va bien roxxé^^

It depends really, the Elephant was comparable to a Dinosaur. Seeing that a group of park rangers had to form an army corp just to take it down. Maybe it's not the same as a T-Rex or Stegosaurus, but it's comparable in some ways. The Jurassic era was a very harsh, but would you not consider a mordern battlefield to be just as bad? Imagine being caught in vietnam unarmed? The hazards you would have to face: Land mines, Soldiers armed with automatic weapons, Aerial Bombardments, Tanks, et cetera. Yujiro survived them all infact, he saw it as a "playground" . . .can you imagine?

I agree, that pickle is stronger in terms of physical strength. But, overall Hanma has much better intelligence. You cannot win with brute strength alone. Also, Hanma has very sharp instincts, maybe not as sharp as pickle. But, it's comparable. I think between Hanma and The Pickle, it would be a stalemate. It would be fruitless for itagaki to go too all that trouble simply to introduce "History's strongest Living Creature" and allow Yujiro to fell him easily. Furthermore, this is a great challenge for Baki, not only does he have too defeat the "Worlds strongest living creature". But, now he has too surpass "History's Strongest"
