Don't miss the point he was on losing side during Oliva vs Rahon match until Yujiro spoilered how kiai technique works. And even if he wasn't serious with Shibukawa, he still got his wrist unlocked. I know Oliva is a clever guy but he doesn't understand techniques. Shibukawa was really dissapointed when he tried to teach him judo, only the 3rd attempt was successful. The only reason Jack won to him was his unique bitting attacks. So it really depends how far goes his mind. Is he smart enough or not. Because Yujiro and Pickle crush Shibukawa's ass with strenght alone. Oliva can't do that. He needs to act carefully. He's no match for Yujiro or even for Pickle.

According to Kaku Kaioh words, Pickle is so powerful he'd stop his heart during the fight as he did with Yujiro. So Pickle is stronger than Kaku who considered himself as a loser, Pickle's power is too much. Now look how easy Yujiro deals with Oliva even with using of boxer gloves and how hardly he dealt with Kaku. From what i saw, Kaku owns Oliva. His punches can't overcome Xiao Lee, they are not so powerful as Yujiro's and Pickle's ones. How the hell Oliva can be in the same league? Or you think Yujiro can own Pickle with gloves too? It would be an epic fight, not an ownage as in Oliva's case. Also, since i saw Yujiro vs Doppo fight, i'd say Doppo at his best condition (not current-state Doppo who was injured by Ogre) would crush Oliva (yeah, Yujiro is tougher than Oliva, but still had dents on his body from Doppo's revolver-like attacks). Looking at other fighters (Hanayma stopped rush of Pickle, or Jack sent this 200kg thing flying for 20 meters), i'd say Oliva is at their meta-level (he is smidge weakier/stronger), but Pickle still has enough strenght to oneshot them all without going all out as he did to Baki during their first meeting.

For all of those people who are wondering I am finishing translating all of volume 19 and I will post it when I am done. Currently I am at chapter 156. This is actually taking a while without any help so at most I am able to complete a chapter a day.

i am presuming because the french books were the source for book 18 and they are a chapter out from the japanese tankobon (one chapter ahead - dont know why), the dude called ' Rice 'who did book 18 - will have done chapter 149 as part of that.

thats actually chapter 150 and yes it seems that it is a leak because it is definetly not mine.

Hello i am the one who uploaded chapter 149 to mangafox(which is actually suppose to be 150). After uploading i soon realized that the actually chapter 140 from volume 18 hasn't be translated or uploaded to mangafox (which means 140-148 is 141-149), but im working on fixing it and waiting for mangafox to change the chapter numbers to the correct ordering.
I translated the chapter myself out of fandom for Baki without even having knowledge of this site. i translated from the french version using the japanese raws as source. So if you need any help then im here

He looks as heavy as Oliva
