Even after reading 128 i still suspect that the fight between masataka and nagi will occur eventually (just not now). Right before they stab the dad with the sword in the final page, he says that hes a shadow, that hes unkillable, unerasable etc. While this maybe is just him taunting or something, it seems way too easy if he was to die at this point. Its pretty dispointing how little occurs in such a large chapter though. At least masataka has challenged him to a fight, which is a step forward i guess. Its implied that the moon or tsukuyomi is has the strongest powers of them all. The way masataka talks about claiming the "seat" (which is a metaphor for the strongest power in this chapter) makes me suspect he either knows how to obtain that power or already has it but hasn't used it.

Anyways here's a rough translation. Your probably better off waiting for a better one though.
Its not just fate but the people you meet, break up with, the path you walk that determines where you end up
I thought that once that place was destroyed, i would be able to find "it"
But i was wrong
The seat that i was always looking for, he's always had it
Although just a thin blue ray of light, the moon hanging in the night lights up the sky.
Fight with me
Susanou.... no
Nagi Souichirou
I'm here
Takayanagi....
You are over there
To defeat you... I don't need any other reasons other than that.
Masataka...
The moon is.. (translation gets confusing here and remains difficult for the next page as well)
Is like a sign pointing the right way for a troubled traveler during the darkness of night.
As the darkness of night grows deeper, the surface of the water becomes more quiet and still and reflects like a clear mirror. That figure shines like a bright light.
Then, within this darkness, the vast limitlessness is unordinary
Conflicting with the strongest of powers
Amaterasu and Susanou
Then that moon is also..... like a moon.. in other words, like that person...
Must have the greatest of strength.
... Although i just said that, first we must leave this place
heavy...
What in the world is this guy made of?
Masataka
you... the words you just said from your mouth, do you understand the meaning of what your saying?
For the sake of sitting on that "seat"
If it's just something that I have to do, then i will do it.... that strongest power
hahahahaha Its almost as if your saying the "strongest power" is something ordinary you can find on the shelf of a convenience store
Seems that he controls it
- this is why i mentioned that i think matataka either a.) knows how to obtain this power already, or b.) already has it but hasn't shown it yet. I could be wrong, but the way he reacts to the situation (ie: doesn't seem too concerned) leads me to assume such. I don't guarantee the complete accuracy of my translation
